1. Independent Third-Party Service

We are an independent third-party business service provider. We are not affiliated with any government agency. You may choose to complete filings directly with your state or federal agency for only the government fee.

2. Services Provided

We assist businesses with administrative and compliance support services, including but not limited to document preparation, filing reminders, and related support.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information for us to complete your request.

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving information before submission.

• We are not liable for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

4. Fees and Payments

• Our service fees are separate from and in addition to state or government filing fees.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• All fees must be paid in full before services are rendered.

5. Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available if requested before we begin work.

• Once a filing has been submitted, government fees are non-refundable. Our service fees are non-refundable after work has begun.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided “as is.”

• We are not liable for delays, rejections, or errors caused by state systems, third-party providers, or user-submitted information.

• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
